Pankaj Zilka is the Operations Manager who joined JP ENERGY in 2022 and is having more than 13 years of experience in Operations, Administration, HR, Recruitment, Coordination, Document Control and Facility Management during his tenure at GCC and India. He has excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to identify, analyze and solve problems to increase efficiency and productivity levels by standardizing and/or streamlining workflows or processes. He is also having experience in Team management, Identifying staff training needs, Developing, Maintaining and Supporting his Team and ensuring the competence of all staff.
