Aishwarya is the Recruitment Manager for our Special Projects Division, with 4 years’ experience she joined JP-ENERGY in 2020 to help develop the Special Projects Division and grow the JP-ENERGY brand in the Gulf Region. She now manages our large volume recruitment projects, staffing some of the Gulf Regions largest projects and shutdowns.

Aishwarya appreciates the complexity of large volume recruitment and is adept at managing projects recruiting in excess of 3000 candidates.

"We aim to be streamlined and simplify large volume project recruitment and deal honestly and professionally with both candidates and clients to ensure that each project is successful for the end-user. To make sure that happens, we understand what clients require in terms of competency across a range of technical roles and we aim to supply those candidates efficiently’, she said.”

Outside of work Aishwarya is married and she is a passionate traveller who believes experience transpire from exploring new places and meeting new people
